On our Roadshow a maximum of 30 exhibitors (Safari Companies, Hotels, Lodges, Airlines and Tourism Authorities) from Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda & Rwanda will meet 25-40 selected travel trade professionals in 5 different cities. They will get in touch with their future business partners right at the base – in their home countries. The exhibitors will learn more about the travel needs, culture and customs of each hosting country. Unlike other Roadshows, KILIFAIR “My Tanzania” Roadshows are 100% invitation based. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in written form to the organizer’s address or by online registration. The decision of acceptance of exhibiting companies, stands, stand costs, location and displaying products will exclusively be taken and confirmed by the organizer KILIFAIR Promotion Co. Ltd.
All bookings and agreements have to be confirmed in writing. Verbal agreements have no relevance. Invoices must be paid with a 50% deposit right at the booking date and stand selection in order to secure the stand.
